Janice graduated from the New York Institute of Beauty’s Esthetics Program after attending NYU and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She started her first beauty company while living in Los Angeles at the age of 24.

After moving back to New York, she worked as a medical esthetician at a top cosmetics practice. She became certified in eyelash extensions by Liquifan Lashes and was trained by one of the premier lash artists on Long Island.

A few years later, Janice began her career as a microblading artist. She was trained and certified by international microblading expert and instructor, Rebecca Chung, of the PrincessBrows Academy in Hong Kong. Janice became a licensed tattoo artist in New York and performed microblading at a medical office before opening up her own business.

In the fall of 2015, Janice moved to Atlanta and opened her second location, XO Beauty Studio. Since then, she has performed Microblading on over 1000 clients and has maintained excellent ratings and reviews on Yelp, Google, and Facebook.
