If you’re a little confused between the different services that we offer, don’t worry! You can find some helpful information here:

• MICROBLADING resembles hair strokes and is done with a hand tool (no machines). It doesn’t last as long as the machine methods but it does tend to look more natural because of the hairstrokes. It’s not ideal for oily skin or those who sweat a lot, however, as the microblading will fade faster on those skin types.
• HYBRID BROWS™ (or COMBO BROWS) is a combination of microblading and shading with a permanent makeup machine. The end results still look pretty natural but fuller, as if you filled your brows in with a little powder. This is great for anyone with thick or dense brow hairs, curly brow hairs, or anyone with oily skin.
• OMBRE MIST BROWS is our most dramatic brow tattoo for those who wear makeup every day and like a bolder look. This has more clean edges and we use different sized needles to create an extra defined look.

Things You Should Know:

• Most clients find all of our procedures pretty tolerable pain-wise (we numb you for all of them), but we do get a lot of feedback that Hybrid/Combo Brows hurts less than microblading alone.
• Microblading is best on fine/sparse brow hairs that are relatively straight. Curly brow hair types will do better with one of the machine shading options so that their hairs will blend in better with the tattoo.
• Only Janice offers Hybrid Brows and Ombre Mist but Mindy does combination, or “combo” brows, which is similar to Hybrid Brows. The only differences in all of these methods are the machines and needles used.
• If you’re not sure which brow method to choose, you can always start with microblading (the most natural looking option) and upgrade to the machine methods during your touch up.
